At their meeting on 19 August 2025, Welford on Avon Parish Council approved the construction of a new community sports pavilion at Synder Meadow.

At this stage we can only afford to build the structure and need more money to fit it out. We have a dedicated fund raising team already in place who will now start in earnest to fill the gap.

The launch event will be held at The Four Alls from 4 pm on Sunday 31st August – Please Save the Date.

Demolition of the existing buildings is likely to start the following week with construction starting in early October.

This is a significant milestone in what has been a long journey and delivers on the Neighbourhood Development Plan objective 8, requested by the village. We look forward to your support in fundraising and the management of this brand new facility for our village.
