Reporting Problems

It’s important that in addition to reporting problems to the Parish Council or your District or County Councillor, you report problems via the online reporting systems of the various organisations.. statistics matter! The following links allow you to report issues directly with the responsible authority eg, Highways, Rights of Way, District Council or Severn Trent Water. It is often the case that the more logged reports that are received, the higher priority the issue will be given.
Highways Issues (pot holes, road works, traffic lights etc)

Rights of Way issues – obstructions, fallen trees etc

Street Cleaning Services – litter bin collection, fly-tipping

Water leaks or supply issues
