- Suspicious Circumstances. Binton Road. Black BMW and a Motor cross motorcycle seen acting suspiciously in the area. Four men were seen with the vehicles. The rider of the motorcycle did not have a helmet on and did not have any registration plate. 3pm Thursday 20th September. 0269 20/09/2018
