Welford Incidents

• Suspicious Circumstances. Chapel Lane. Male seen to take photo of property. Caller concerned regards his motives. Male described as white, wearing suit and driving a dark coloured Mercedes. Reported on the afternoon of the 22nd of October. 0190 22/10/2023
