Traffic Warning – Midlands Air Festival 4th-6th June

Between Friday 4th and Sunday 6th June, the Midland Air Festival will be taking place at Ragley Hall. This will consist of static and aerial displays. Many of the aircraft taking part are very popular, especially the Red Arrows. There is likely to be some disruption to the road network around Ragley and the surrounding area, so please plan your journeys accordingly. We encourage all those that intend to park nearby in order to see the aerial displays to do so sensibly and within the law. Any parking that is dangerous / illegal will be dealt with. Any issues should be reported to us on 101.

Street Fair Cancelled

It is with regret that the Memorial Hall Committee announce the cancellation of the Street Fair – due to take place on Sunday 5th September.

The Covid risk assessment required by Stratford District Council, to enable us to close the top end of Chapel Street severely restricts us to what we can do, even though we hope the restrictions will be eased somewhat after 21st of June.
Whilst disappointing it has also become clear that the Hall Committee are not in a position to be able to run the Fair on their own and in 2022, if the village wants to hold a Street Fair then a separate Street Fair Committee needs to be set up.
